We have two beamers in house -7 & X4 and every time they go for service to Sytner Leicester , we get an excellent service every time. Almost on each occasion we have had interacted with Mr Brice Benard @ service and he has always taken the customer service and satisfaction to a whole different level . Extremely courteous ,understanding and problem solver - what a gentleman ! Although the entire team work is commendable , Brice has his own stand. If i could give him more than 5 stars , i would . Turned up without an appointment as National Windscreens had let me down and they fitted me in immediately. Friendly and helpful staff (Emma in particular) and great service. Cannot speak too highly about them.
Brilliant experience at BMW with my 2025 750e , I was received in the drive in centre and was booked in from my car, Imran from after sales kept me informed via text and email (video) The check/repair took longer then anticipated but I was offered a loan car and kept informed throughout the process. The following day the car was ready and Imran went above and beyond when I collected the car. Excellent experience all round and would recommend them highly - Thank you Imran (after sales)
Absolute model customer service from these guys cannot rate them highly enough. After receiving outstandingly poor customer service from another well known German car manufacturer in relation to my partners car a few days prior I was feeling a bit let down, the team at Sytner turned that around for me. I rang about dropping my car off the night before and getting the courtesy earlier than we originally agreed, they stated that was no problem. Rob at the service centre is absolutely brilliant met me as I pulled into the centre, spoke about what needed doing anything else I wanted them to look at whilst it was there, throughout the 24 hours my car was there they kept me up to date over phone calls and messages with videos of my vehicle. Definitely restored my confidence in what excellent customer service is, thanks to Rob and the team.

Got my car for a recall, they did a car check and fixed everything, there is also a free car cleaning, my car is so shiny now. Very high quality customer service.
Paid £2900 for a inspection 2 service on a 22k mile Bmw M3 e46. The diff seal was replaced too.. 500 miles later its leaking from the seal.. took the car back.. was called to be told its not what they changed! They quoted £500 for the work to be done. I then went down and confirmed on the invoice the part number they had used.. was the right seal.. saved myself 500! No apologies not even a sorry! Last time I go there. Disgusting.
I booked my fairly new to me Mini in for a service as the indicator light was showing. The service centre realised it was an inaccuracy on the service clock and so re-sent the system, and provided clear guidance on when work would be due. Honest, efficient and helpful - thank you!
