Tommy was brilliant from start to finish - lots of useful information before our appointment, a warm welcome on arriving at this lovely store (even a cup of tea) and the right amount of space given to play the pianos whilst also being on hand to guide. Such a friendly place! And lots of choice of lovely pianos. Great communication afterwards and brilliant, speedy delivery by very efficient, polite and careful delivery drivers. The piano will be treasured for many years to come. Thanks so much! My only regret is that I didn’t look here sooner!”

I am a video editor and managed to brick my PC with a registry virus with an important deadline due in two days. within 24hrs of calling them, they had fixed the complex error and made my PC run as new as a bonus at a very reasonable price. customer service is extremely good with polite and regular check-ins with progress without having to ask. “I moved house and ordered a free standing fridge freezer from Currys, paid in full and delivery date booked, no mention through out about not being in stock. Lorry arrived and no order on the lorry. Finally got a full refund. In a panic because I had no fridge freezer, we went to D R Electrical on Monday 3rd April who sorted us out a good deal, we could of had next day frlivery but due to work it arrived on Wednesday. Very happy customers and will definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“After two years of use, the official screen protector, for inner folding screen of the my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, started to bubble and peel around the crease area. Booked an appointment with the Samsung Experience Store @ Leicester, where store assistant Asmaa helped me with the replacement screen pro process and paperwork. Excellent service, very clear information given, process was easy to understand, and I was well looked after. The overall repair/replacement of that inner screen protector for the folding screen was fast too, within 45 mins. Absolutely recommend to go to this store for its great customer service and for Samsung repair issues and resolutions!”
