   I had a MiVue Dash Cam fitted early in October this year 2025 from start to finish their service is absolutely fantastic from the knowledge the fitting the I had a gentleman called Paul Who fitted my Dash Cam? Nothing was too much trouble. Whenever I rang up. Who ever answered the phone was so helpful. I would like to thank Paul for his patience his knowledge and for helping me out with my dash cam.    Fantastic customer service and a great experience overall. The staff treated us just like a friend, replying quickly to our interest, providing honest advice and both a friendly and professional service. We given much help and advice when purchasing a power unit, which included a quick lesson on how to use it and get the best out of it.    I met Lee from Car Electronics (CEL Trade) at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at the NEC. Researching a suitable double din Sat Nav for my self-converted campervan was very problematic and finding expert help was essential. When I met Lee he was able to use his extensive knowledge and experience to guide me in the purchase of a suitable head unit and display. His expertise was exactly what I needed. He has continued to help me after the initial purchase to make sure that I could install it myself. I needed some specialist help on the final wiring and his colleague Paul (an installer himself) was totally amazing (so clear and concise on what I needed to do). I know that they are mainly a wholesale business but if you need a professional and knowledgeable team to fully guide you into an amazing replacement Sat Nav / Stereo then these are your guys. Thanks Lee and Paul - you are both stars

   Bought a Pioneer Dab which uses apple play Navigation Double Din for new car. Went to Halfords ignored by staff terrible service. Walked in greeted by Paul a really smiley knowledgeable guy, I doubt there is anything he does not know. If he does not know he will find out. Explaining exactly how to install after offering the installation service. Partner being an ex auto electrician wanted to do it himself. Cannot fault the professional service and knowledge by Paul. Happy smiley guy who goes the extra mile. Cheers pal! Maybe premium price but service is second to none. Will definitely be back.
