   Poor customer representatives. Very slow. Click and collect is just waist. You will still have to wait same as other customers who haven’t yet made a purchase. Usually only 1 or 2 representative. And even then most of the times they are sorting queries for one customer together. Huge improvement needed. Don’t come during Lunch hour during your break. You will simply waist your time. The only reason I have to come here because they are usually cheaper compared with Halfords. Elsewhere online is cheaper but usually delivery charges and time it takes to deliver at home is usually longer otherwise I wouldn’t visit. Waiting usually 20-30 minutes. More than McDonald and Costa Coffee. I waited almost 35 minutes.

   I had a really positive experience with Euro Car Parts. I ordered a car battery and it was available straight away for collection. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the price was reasonable. Overall, everything was quick and easy, and I would definitely shop there again.

   Good prices on alternative OEM parts and a good selection depending on the vehicle However, when I ordered rear dampers for my car, they stated that it should be sports suspension. When the dampers arrived they were thinner than the OEM ones fitted to the car and so had to be returned as they didn’t seem to want to get the correct ones when I went to the store. Got my refund back though and will have to look elsewhere for the right ones.

   Joke of a company. I've order battery for next day delivery and it never came. When I've called them they told me that they can deliver it next day from 8.00am to 6.00pm It was two days before Christmas eve. So I've been stuck without working car and they expected me to sit at home for two days waiting for delivery. Best thing is I've been told I've missed the cut for next day delivery even though I've order it at 9 am and cutting time was 3pm Got an email saying it will be delivered between 8am and 6pm but with no date . But obviously when you choosing the "next day delivery " while purchasing its obvious for me it meant 8am -6pm the next day. But been told on the phone that there is no date in my emai so I can't complain. Worst delivery experience I've had. Wish I could give 0 or -10 rating

   I received two wrong parts despite giving my number plate, so EuroCarPart's system needs some work to ensure this doesn't happen. Nonetheless, the refunds for the parts were quick and easy and I was able to get the right parts in the end. The staff were friendly and quick at getting the parts meaning their warehouse must be well-organised.

   Went into the store to enquire about a number plate lamp for my Citroen c3 car and the gentleman (mohanad) knew exactly which one I needed, he pulled the part up on his computer and ordered it for me straight the way, very impressed with the price as I've been quoted well in excess of £40+ elsewhere, so I'm very pleased with my product. Very good customer service, very polite and courteous,would definitely recommend to anyone.
