I can’t praise Drew at Max Electrical enough for his excellent service. My washing machine broke with a week until Christmas! Drew was very knowledgeable, gave me great recommendations on machines & delivered it quickly, saving me from trying to fit in time to visit a laundrette over such a busy period. So pleased with this company, We ordered a tv which was price matched to two big stores (but out of stock), and they delivered the next day. There was a slight fault with the tv screen, but they swiftly ordered a replacement. Great local company, will use again!
Thrilled with the service I received from Max Electricals today. After being let down by another business, I found the product I was after on the Max Electrical website. I placed and order and booked a deliver for the next available day which was the following week. Within a couple of hours, I'd had a phone call from Max Electricals explaining that the delivery driver would be able to deliver within the following 90 minutes! The delivery and installation man was polite, helpful and gave us a walk through how to use the product too. We are so pleased with the customer service we received and would definitely recommend again. Thank you!

The first time we were in this store in Lutterworth to compare prices with Currys and other stores. A very pleasant surprise. Professional service. We bought a dryer with a heat pump, a NEFF dishwasher and a SHARK vacuum cleaner the best model and we got a discount. Comparing prices with other stores here we got the best and lowest price. Needed a new fridge freezer for a while, and then our undercounter fridge decided to pack in too, so ordered a new, bigger FF and an undercounter freezer to replace them from Max. Service was great, even sorting delivery around our requirements, and the delivery driver (Jake?) was more than helpful. Took out the old, and in with the new, including levelling up. Great service, and good, competitive pricing, delivery and install. Would happily recommend.
