   5 star customer service and service. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. Needed a fridge freezer and popped in on my way back from Tesco. Wasn’t planning on buying today, however, I not only bought one but the staff member was able to get it delivered to me the same day as I only live across the road and I wasn’t available to get it delivered on the day he had mentioned! 3 hours later a couple of nice chaps had taken my old fridge freezer away and I had my lovely new fridge freezer in place!!! So efficient and I would definitely buy from there again.

   Extremely helpful indeed in an unusual situation I visited Lords Electrical today looking for a very specific cooker hood in order to solve a particular problem. (I won't go into the details.) Unfortunately, the model I found at Lords Electrical did not solve the problem. However the three members of staff I met there were extremely helpful. They removed the cooker hood from the display wall for me which was very difficult and tricky to remove because of the way the display is set up. However they persevered until they successfully removed it. I therefore felt a bit guilty when I decided not to go ahead with the purchase because of the effort they made. However they were extremely gracious and did not express any annoyance with me whatsoever in response to my decision. I was very apologetic when I told them of my decision and I said that I would recommend them.

   I wanted to buy a DVD player which would play some DVD RAM the salesperson couldn’t be bothered to see if the discs would play but phoned around and told me they wouldn’t play on his machines. In the end I bought a Panasonic Blueray/DVD player elsewhere and plays my DVDs Moral of the story is should try harder! Lost Sale. AVOID
