   Very unhelpful staff member at fosse park Leicester branch seemed more interested in just sitting around. Returned a pair of faulty headphones to be told he will test them that’s fine but just sat there clicking his fingers saying hello and was told nothing wrong with them asked about goodwill refund but told no Won’t be using game again for any goods AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN

   Unhelpful and incompetent staff. Took my PS4 in with all the accessories to take advantage of a PS5 trade in deal only to be told my HDMI cable was defective as they couldn’t get a picture on their monitor and to come back another time. I had tested everything fully before arriving there, and after going back and testing on my TV and monitor confirmed there was nothing wrong at all. Store assistant didn’t seem bothered in the slightest at making a sale, took him 5 minutes of looking at it to reach his conclusion. Don’t waste your time with this branch, take your business elsewhere like I did.

   When we got there, we did have fun however, Me, My girlfriend, her sister with her best friend went there for my girlfriend's birthday. When she sat down & tried to play a game, her PS5 kept kicking her off the game every time she tried to play & it didn't matter which game she played either. I'm aware technical difficulties can happen at last minute, that's coming from experience, I know how awkward it can be when it does happen, which was why I'm not too mad. But when I informed a member of staff, he took ages because he was focusing on the costumers which I would argue that is not the bigger priority when you pay for an whole hour & then your unable to play games, the only staff is not showing up & times ticking. So I informed him again, he did manage to fix the problem hence why it's 3 stars because I don't want that to take away the fact is was enjoyable. However, I do think it was unprofessional of the establishment to not have properly checked and ensured that all the equipment was in working order before allowing customers to use them. It definitely put a damper on my girlfriend's birthday celebration and we weren't able to fully enjoy ourselves as a result. Hopefully, they can improve their quality control in the future so that other customers don't have to experience the same frustration and disappointment as we did.

   It's good to be able to go to and browse physical items in the actual shop. Unfortunately 90% of items are way more expensive than from other retailers. I usually only go when trading in my games against new purchase or to get new console as those are usually trading at a fixed price. In terms of location this branch is perfectly and conveniently located within the shopping centre so much easier and cheaper to get in and out the from the city centre location. Also, on my recent visit, don't get how this works, but they had a couple of games on display but when I've tried to buy, I was told this were out of stock?

   Bit expensive.. Ive found most of thier products cheaper elsewhere. The gaming stations offer parties etc.. And if you like online gaming might be worth a visit.

   Went to belong, within game, fantastic is not even close. Staff were so attentive and helpful and kids loved it. If your thinking of a party for a 10-15 year old go here. It's well worth the money and the guys who work there are amazing
