I brought in my laptop (which had been practically falling apart), and all issues were immediately identified and everything was repaired in a matter of days at a very reasonable price. The staff are kind and clearly experienced. Definitely would recommend for anybody in need of their services.
I came in yesterday with a broken drawing tablet, and despite them not having access to the parts that had gone missing, they were able to make a whole new button for me. They were so friendly and kind and helpful, I shall be bringing all broken devices here in the future! Thank you so much! You wouldn’t even know they’d fallen out!!!

Incredibly good service. I am a video editor and managed to brick my PC with a registry virus with an important deadline due in two days. within 24hrs of calling them, they had fixed the complex error and made my PC run as new as a bonus at a very reasonable price. customer service is extremely good with polite and regular check-ins with progress without having to ask. I'm very, very thankful to them. an incredibly great local service. cheers lads!
We had a water damaged laptop and my daughter had all her 3rd year university work on it unbacked up. UC accepted the computer at 10.30 am and had identified the problem in one hour. We gave them a new computer and they transferred all the data and set it up by 2.00 pm the same day. My daughter was very happy. They have also repaired the old machine for just £90 and we now have a spare! Excellent service.
I am so thankful to Unique Computers for fixing my computer in time for my exams. Without them, what was already a stressful time would have been unbearable. Their customer service was first class. I would and will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Such a brilliant shop! I’ve bought so many phones and evinces here to be repaired over the years and always get a great service. Great value for money and they’re super honest. My iPad wasn’t working - they quoted for a new battery but it just needed cleaning so they didn’t charge what was quoted originally and I paid just £15!! Amazing, don’t go anywhere else!!
