The customer service was outstanding — Jamie, the branch manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I was buying the right kit. Refreshing to deal with someone so professional and customer-focused. Highly recommend both the product and this branch.

   Products are fine but service was so frustrating. Mohammed on the front desk just isn't competent. Click and collect is ment to be quick and simple. Get a text that order is ready. Next morning go to collect only to be told 1 item isn't unpacked from the delivery yet and to come back in the afternoon which I cannot do as it was needed for a job that morning. So I buy a different more expensive brand they did have on the shelf, as I'm about to walk out slightly poorer the missing item appears. So I then wait and get a refund for the extra item I just bought of the shelf. All in all confusion created and wasted my time.

   Rude Unhelpful Staff , Rang Up With A Small Simple Order Of Guttering it Was Like The Lady I Spoke Too Had No Idea As She Just Seemed Really Useless And Unhelpful it Was Like I Was Having To Be Arrogant Over The Phone Out Of Sheer Frustration Which Isn't Me At All So Was A Real Unpleasant Experience And Won't Be Returning!
