   This is my fourth times to have some issues with the product I purchased with Argos. I recently bought a kettle for my family. However, it’s a nightmare as Argos seems to resell products that have been opened or used. When I collected my kettle, the package has been opened and broken. Someone has resealed the package but it doesn’t look right for me. I requested to order a new one and need to wait until next day to collect another “new” one. Hopefully I can get the new one. Staff here is very nice and polite but I’m not happy with the company. Customers pay full price for brand new products. This is my fourth time to order something from Argos and things have been used or broken. I don’t think I come back to shop again.

   The customer service provided by the Argos store manager in Wigston was quite unsatisfactory. She was incompetent and unprofessional. Since my electric item was less than six months old, I went to return/replace it since it was defective and should be replaced in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. She informed me that Argos is not liable for malfunctioning device and that she would not be replacing or returning the money. I couldn't understand how an Argos employee can go against the law.

   Bad service in Sainsbury’s Argos today, I have since gone on to purchase my whole order elsewhere. I arrived in store, two staff members were talking to a lady with a kid and totally ignored me as I stood at the counter waiting. No eye contact or a smile of acknowledgment, I actually had to ask to be served. My bad, I hadn’t realised I needed my actual Argos card to collect, I had all details on my phone (PIN numbers/acknowledgment etc) and with unconcealed smugness I was told I couldn’t collect the items as I needed my card, smug because your staff member obviously wanted to get back to her fun conversation with the lady and her colleague and wouldn’t have to locate my goods. Time out and petrol to get there (and fair play I needed my card) but the service was so rubbish I don’t want to return. I have purchased my goods from Amazon and Smyths toy shop instead.

   Great location and convenient. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Very Quick service considering currant circumstances Good quality products with good returns system if needed. I would highly recommend Argos Wigston, Bell Street.

   With the current situation you have to queue in the main shop queue you cannot just go to Argos. Only 1 person allowed per household in Sainsburys so if the item is heavy don't bother. Same for the shopping. If you're a carer or have children or in a couple give it a miss. Argos when you get there is good

   Couldn't have asked for better service. Managed to sort my greatgrandads phone out because I didn't know how to set it up. Even reminded me to do my shopping haha. I buy form Argos at least once everyweek.

   Due to the size of the outlet the amount of stock is a little limited, and many items have to be delivered the next day, which can be a little problematic. However, a very helpful member of staff was able to help me find the item I needed.
