II had been looking all day for a suitable washing machine that I could take with me. I tried one last place namely DR Electrical and not only did I receive great service and advice but I was loaded up with a very suitable machine at a reasonable price.
From the initial phone call to the delivery I was very happy with the professional and friendly service. The gas cooker itself is excellent and exactly what I was looking for. They delivered at the time promised to my home 90minutes drive away from the showroom. I highly recommend DR Electrical, based on my experience, to anyone looking good quality domestic appliances and excellent customer service. A gem of a local family run business.
I moved house and ordered a free standing fridge freezer from Currys, paid in full and delivery date booked, no mention through out about not being in stock. Lorry arrived and no order on the lorry. Finally got a full refund. In a panic because I had no fridge freezer, we went to D R Electrical on Monday 3rd April who sorted us out a good deal, we could of had next day frlivery but due to work it arrived on Wednesday. Very happy customers and will definitely recommend to family and friends.
I went into D R Electrical on Tuesday afternoon to look for a new washing machine, after going to another retailer my partner & I agreed we did not want to buy from. So when we arrived at D R Electrical, a lovely lady called Kayla, she showed us around the washing machine section of their store to which she asked us questions on what brands we were looking for to which we told her either a Bosch or a Siemens machine, which we eventually we decided on a Siemens Machine. Kayla was so enthusatic about her job and told us what we needed which was a good quality machine without all the singing & dancing gadgets on it, which the Siemens fitted the bill for us. I was so impressed by her natural manner in dealing her customers & giving the service they want,even gave us a demo on how to work the machine we were about to buy A big thank you Kayla well done. So my machine was deliivered on time at 10am this morning which Kayla said it would, by a very nice gentleman who took out old machine away and set up and tested my new machine before he left my house. A big thank you to him too.. To that end I shall return to D R Electrical in the future for any appliances I need in the future. Well done to all at D R Electrical a great company to deal with.
Bought a bosch washing machine 3 weeks ago,very impressed with the way thay had them working so you could try them before buying,also Rob was very helpful and my machine was delivered within the hour and old one taken away
Recently purchased a washing machine great price and customer service.I always use DR electrical for all my appliances always plenty of choice and a price to suit all pockets. I will be going again soon to get a cooker, even better now with the new showroom at syston! Definitely recommend DR electrical you won't be disappointed !
Have used DR Electricals for years. They’re always very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s great that you can choose your appliance and take it away the same day, even better now they have moved premises with loads of parking space.
After a stressful trip this morning of looking around to buy a washing machine, our last stop was DR Electrical. The outstandingly helpful man assisted us with all of our questions and gave his opinion and guidance on the correct machine for us.
