    Want to say how happy I am with the staff at the bike counter. The young lad called Tom was amazing. He had a great knowledge of electric bikes and the cycle 2 work scheme. He gave honest answers when I asked his opinion on a number of bikes. His customers service was fantastic. He went over and above for me the other lads on the desk were also very helpful. I highly recommend Tom and the team when your thinking of buying a bike Thanks Tom and the team

    Very poor experience…… usually do these things myself but thought I would use the quicker option and the experience of Halfords staff ! Quick battery change turned into a 2 hour operation with battery mount being cross threaded by someone that had to ask 3 other staff for advice in the process. I will have to go through it all again once they have sourced the replacement part from Mercedes The guy that got me up and running was extremely good and I have no complaints with his efforts.

    I had to change battery for my Audi car and was very pleased with amazing service. Guy at the cash desk advised and helped with payments, he was very informative. And Mark, was exceptionally helpful and informative, replaced my battery, explained everything and did other check ups. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

    Came into the store yesterday to collect my order for my EV charger. When I got home, opened the box and it had been used. Dirt on it and scratched charger. Took it back into town which was inconvenient as I live 45 minutes away. There was a polite young lad who said the manager would assist. When the manager came over she was very blunt and rude. Said “we wouldn’t give you a fault charger” I said it was faulty and that it’s poor standards that i recieved a dirty charger that’s been used and has scratches on it. She gave me no apology or anything. Tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Awful customer experience. Further training on customer service skills should be actioned for this individual.

    Visited the store on Abbey Lane with wife to look some ebikes. The male member of staff called Jan assisted with our questions and really took the time to understand what it is we need it for, distance to travel on it and what size. Absolutely perfect customer service, made recommendations after watching my wife struggle to get into the bike and gave really good advice. He was really patient and at no point did I feel he was losing patience with us or any hard sell. A very genuine staff member and a real asset to the store. My wife will be reflecting on advice she's had today and will decide which one to go for. If we do go back my wife has said we will be going back to see Jan only.

    I'd like to commend and highly recommend the staff at Halfords Leicester for the great service and courteous way in which they dealt with an issue with my daughters bike. In particular I have to mention 'JAY' who was not only kind and friendly in manner but was caring, efficient, professional and very generous in dealing with the issue with the bike! He is an asset to the team and because of him I have (and will continue to) used that branch again and have no hesitation in recommending the branch to others...THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

    Staff were great! When collecting the bike, I asked their member of staff 'Reece' if he could make some adaptations to suit my daughters needs as she requires an attachment to ride the bike. He was really helpful and did a great job!

    I had front and rear camera installed the broke a clip the held a wire loom. The paid for a replacement and sent me to the Halfords Autocentre near frog island area and the manager booked me in and fitted it. He did an excellent job and showed me that everything works before he handed the car back to me. If is wasn't for this garage i may of gave a bad feedback
