Spent £1000 on a TV from this store after getting advice in store. Easily the worst TV I have ever bought. After constant problems and complaining to the store the reply was, yes we know Sony aren't that good anymore. Was expecting good and honest advice but they were only interested in making a sale. Aftersales service was appalling. Not often I recommend a high street chain over a local store but in this case I suggest you avoid this place and go to Currys. You'll get the same level of service but pay far less!
Went in the shop to purchase a TV, Chris was really friendly & helpful. Delivery was exactly on time, they were really efficient & explained how it worked as far different to my old one. I would definitely recommend.

Poor customer service when handling a refund for a returned item. I telephoned as requested by their team via eBay, they asked for my personal card details, over and above what was required for a refund, advised by bank not to disclose this info. When I questioned this, they hung up on me, phoned me back, then hung up on me again. An absolute disgrace, however reason to believe it's a scam. They have been reported to PayPal and eBay. DONT BUY ANYTHING From THEM OR GIVE THEM Your Details

Fantastic service! Relocated recently from the South and the team couldn't have been more helpful. James especially was brilliant at communicating due to the distance and stress involved in my move. He rang me back and emailed conformation of goods purchased and really helpful for delivery date. The guys Ian & Benn delivered and installed my goods. They were polite, friendly and aswell as giving me a brief explanation of the white goods they were also very careful they didn't damage the property when entering. First class job guys and would highly recommend.
