“What more can I say but absolutely fantastic service from this company. Ordered a wooden bed but wanted a higher headboard and a higher foot board which was no problem at all. Mark and carol took very good care of my wife and myself during the whole process and the bed was delivered on time, and we love it. They were polite, friendly and aswell as giving me a brief explanation of the white goods they were also very careful they didn't damage the property when entering. “I had been looking for an Eames style Lounge Chair for some time and most places had a 12-18 week wait. Pash not only had the one I wanted in stock but the price was very competitive too. I ordered a few days before Christmas, expecting delivery in the new year however I received a call just after ordering and delivery was arranged for the next day. Unfortunately the chair arrived damaged (given the way the logistics company unloaded it I’m not surprised). Pash were quick to resolve the issue and have agreed to drive their own van down to ensure the replacement isn’t damaged in transit. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.”

“My partner is buying his first home so we popped into Scs to see if they had any sofas that we liked as we'd seen some previously but they didnt fit what we needed. We were greeted by a lovely lady named Michelle that asked us what we were looking for and what are intended use was , we explained the house is pretty small so we'd like a sofa bed and that we're hoping to have pets in the future. Michelle showed us a pullout sofa bed with a mattress and explained that we could personalise the sofa with PET AND CHILD SAFE MATERIAL!! and have diffrent arm rests and sizes , she demonstrated how to pull the sofa out and explained the features of the sofa and the finance options avaliable to us. Michelle if you ever read this you are a star! You were so polite and helpful it honestly made it feel like we had one less thing to stress about and you are a shining example if excellent customer service!”
