   Outstanding! Exceptionally helpful, delightfully warm and friendly. No need to shop around. No need to google. Honest, professional, trustworthy & everyone goes out of their way to help. Yes, you CAN put your trust in Howdens, Loughborough. And crucially the appealing quality is well worth the money. There is something very special about Richard at Howdens, Loughborough. We'd be lost without him. My wife was born disabled and has comorbidities. Without Richard's expert guidance we would never have been able to luxuriate in our wonderful new kitchen. It's been 3 years since our new kitchen and we still pay tribute to Richard and Howdens. Our kitchen is a 'gift that keeps on giving'. Respect and admiration.

   Top class kitchen and bathroom suites. First class store. Tip needs more ready items for the joiners to snatch buy at the till for emergency items. Good staff atmosphere. Well done guys

   Unprofessional, dangerous driving. Speed limits obviously do not apply to the employees of this company. If the employee doesn't car about the company image, how bad will the work be?

   A huge thank you to Joseph, Ralph and Jack for going above and beyond to come and swap a load of units that had already been delivered for the ones we preferred - just in time for the fitter, Howden’s made 3 deliveries in one day to make sure we had what we needed - all with no hassle, no fuss, great service !!
