The best vape shop in Leicester!!! Fab service from all the staff! The owner - Mark - is so helpful and always on hand to offer advice. A very friendly vape shop/ lounge with knowledgeable, sincere and honest staff who treat you right. They give good advice about products without the hard pressurised selling attitude other shops I have been to. I nearly always stay longer than just buying things as they make customers feel very comfortable. The product range is good and prices are reasonable. If they haven't got what you want they will try and get in stock for you. Overall a very good establishment which i have recommended to friends and colleagues who have told me they also had a good customer experience.
Overall I would say top place which provides a level of customer service that is not experienced when dealing with larger retailers. Visited the shop today down on my luck after I encountered a rare error on a box unit I bought from the shop 2 months previously. The staff who were very friendly as well as knowledgable, offered to exchange the unit at no additional cost. I was pleasantly surprised by this result and went home smiling.
