   I am giving one star not for your products but for your employee "Jag" because he does not know how to talk to the customer and does secularism, he thinks that since we are Asians and are newbies in england, So I should not return their product by giving some reason and we won't be doing anything but this is his wrong understanding, your company's policy is 30 days return and the product should be as it is and I came on the 2nd day only to get my product changed and the product was completely new and was packed but this brother argued so much with me not to take it from me that I had to return again and had to come back after a few days so that this man could take his hand from the counter and someone else would come there to serve me, and when I went to the other lady then that lady did not ask a single useless question and after seeing the condition of the product she immediately returned it and when I was asking that lady about some other product and Jag was standing on the next till then Jag tells me that if this other product which you have asked about then after taking it or after using it you cannot return it, As if I don't have any job other then just buying products and returning them I feel not to give a single star to him but without that I can't post the review so I have to give that I mean I don't understand what he thinks of himself, I don't know if he is a manager or the owner but he has zero manners and has zero knowledge about customer service

   Usually a quick transaction, but be prepared for a long wait at times. Sign of the times, unfortunately - No staff. Lots of customers. Also, what's the point of a click n collect if it's not ready to collect... even the check-in nonsense made no difference.

   Easy to find Lots of parking Seems quite big for a Screwfix Even have tablets on the wall so if you have booked online you can check in there. Bit like the doctors. Did ask for my ID tho on a £3 purchase I was collecting but can’t fault I guess as they are doing their job
