   Wonderful, honest, helpful and swift service. Lee helped us to determine the fault with our existing washer and Ellen was super helpful with advice and organised a new washing machine which was delivered promptly and courteously within 24 hours. Even took the broken item away for free. Price was also the best value around. How's that for good old-fashioned care and attention in this day and age. Would thoroughly recommend A-Z and they will be our go-to people for all our future electrical needs. Thank you.

   Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The lady in the shop was rude from the start - condescending, unhelpful, and with a constant rude undertone in everything she said. Instead of actually helping, it felt like she was talking down to us. It’s not hard to be polite or at least respectful, but clearly that’s not how this place operates. We left feeling unwelcome and annoyed, and we won’t be going back. On top of that, we’ll be telling others to avoid this shop. Absolutely terrible.

   The element on our oven was broken and I telephoned them to see if they had one in stock that would be a suitable replacement. Unfortunately when they searched using the make and model of my oven they couldn't find a match but suggested bringing the old element in and they would find a match. I brought the old element in and they were able to find a suitable match and I have installed it successfully and the oven is now working again. Friendly and very helpful staff
