   I give one star because I can't give 0. The worst shop ever. Don't buy anything from it. Awful customer service. They not give correct information. They sell BROKEN and NOT working items. Worst experience I ever had.

   Second hand goods, first hand prices. Shop around, you'll find it cheaper elsewhere or for a lil extra you can get the same product brand new. Only get two stars because city location is convenient for buyers and sellers so there's a good chance they've got what you're looking for.

   I had recently bought a TV that they had marked down. Talked to the employee about the dvd port (because I thought it had it). She told me that the TV was checked but not the dvd part so I decided to take it home to check myself (I got a 3 month warranty) Unfortunately when I decided to check, I was a little mad to find out I was lied to. The tv had no dvd part to it yet I was told it did. So now I have to take the TV back to the store tomorrow and get my money back. What a joke Edit: when I went back to the store the day after, another worker tried to gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong. When i most definitely was not!

   They do have good prices but their guarantee is really blurred policy mostly so be sure to fiddle a little before buying. For selling,i clearly saw on the reflection the shop assistant search the price on CEX and then propose me 20£ lower than i could sell it there unaware that i saw it. More of a take it or leave it store.

   If only you could give ratings less than one star but i suppose not all the staff are bad and they can have that one star. They sold me a faulty phone at the end of may early june. I came into the store 2/3 weeks after with an issue, my phone wouldn't let me use any apps because of an 'Overlay issue'. they said they 'fixed' the issue'. almost a week later the same issue started a few days later the issue got worse my phone switched off and wouldnt start again. when i plugged the charger in there would be a flickering battery icon. I handed in my phone a week ago, I asked them is the battery was damaged as it makes sense but they were set on their own conclusion. i picked the phone up today from the store they insisted the phone was damaged by water and it had damaged the internal hard drive. Some how when i switched the phone on in front of the manager it started working again. I appreciated the theatrical act but lm not buying it. when i asked why it was working if the hard drive was damaged by water, the manager got defensive. As i didn't want to argue with a professional thief i decided to leave this honest review. (The manager probably isnt a bad guy, some people choose to make a honest living and some.... well...you can finish the sentence)
