Store at fosse park is no longer there, despite google maps and store signage stating otherwise

When I purchased a bike here, specifically a trek marlin, the seller claimed that the bike would have a 1 year warranty on everything and a lifetime warranty on the bike frame. I came in today and they claimed the warranty covered only the frame which is blatant false advertising. I do not recommend this place if you are going to get repairs as their repair costs are almost three times the cost compared to a local bike shop.
We recently bought a Trek Marlin 7 from Evans im Flannels at Fosse Park Leicester. What a superb experience! We were initially served by Aaron, and to say he was exceptional at his job is an understatement. There was zero pressure and so much information given on the various options within our price range. Despite us taking up a fair amount of his time, we decided to go and have a coffee and think about it (the bike was £700 reduced from £950, which for me was quite an investment for my 12 year old). Sure enough, we returned and purchased the bike an hour later, in no small part due to the quality of the service from Aaron. Today we had to take the bike back (8 weeks after purchase) as it's sprung a few issues. Clearly this is no reflection on Evans; they didn't manufacture the bike! Once again we were lucky enough to fimd Aaron on duty. He couldn't have done a better job. The bike tech is only at the store on Saturdays, but when we explained we were due to go on holiday on Saturday and wanted to take the bike with us, he moved heaven and earth to find a solution for us. The bike is now left in his capable hands, having contacted the tech and arranged for it to be looked at tomorrow for us. It's so rare to find service that goes above and beyond these days. I really hope that Evans monitor their reviews and give Aaron the credit he's due for doing such an exceptional job and doing their brand proud. He will no doubt climb their ladder to the very top.... if they have any sense! Thank you Aaron, and thank you Evans, for keeping my child very happy and providing excellent service!
Went in today to purchase a bike for myself and my son, excellent customer service from the young fella I believe was called Ben. Answered all questions and queries with a professional manner and felt I had his undivided attention throughout. Gave me confidence that whatever the issue we'll aim to help. Thank you.

Went to get a bike for my partner to ride to work after moving away from his bus route. Ben helped us and he was excellent. Recommended a great bike and all the necessary accessories. I cannot rate Evans Cycles and Ben who served me highly enough. Bens help and advice meant that I got the right bike for me at a great price (they had a sale on so I saved 50%) plus all the accessories so I was ready to go plus they’re going to configure it for for a nominal extra charge.
