   Booked a full service last November. Today a had another service with different garage. Surprise surprise surprise nobody changed my cabin filter ( was the same one I changed myself in June 24 ) air filter or fuel filter even on a invoice they did tick every thing like a job done . Easy money. Lesson learned: check every time !!!!!

   I took my car to this garage on Tuesday to have diagnostics. Unfortunately due to my car being electric they advised I took it to a Vauxhall Specialist as had multiple error codes coming up on the diagnostics. However, despite work not being carried out, I just wanted to say how polite and friendly the receptionist was. Even when I booked in over the phone, the lady was really kind and helpful and so was the man who explained the issues to me and my partner.

   Update 14/03/2023 Had my MOT today, great service and a big thank you for fitting my extra work in and fixed my car. Also thank you to the lovely receptionist Marie who is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended The Motor Company to everyone. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ I only used The Motor Company a few times, I think they are super professional, helpful and friendly staff at reception. One experience - my Mini’s boot had problem opening, the mechanic had a look & showed me I could use the remote control to open the boot. He said he could fix it when remote stopped opening it. It’s been working for 2 more years. He didn’t charge me at all. I recommended my boyfriend and other friends to use it, and everyone is happy with them.

   Had Mot at short notice with Master service, on a Renault Kadjar , office staff very professional and friendly and the work was first class and the price. Car was like new after the work . A real genuine garage and will definitely be back when needed . Keep up the good work .

   I take my car here every year for its MOT and any intermittent repairs, services, oil changes etc. I find them trustworthy, professional, friendly and competent, just what you want from a motor company. I've never felt overcharged or had 'additional work' found. You can wait on the premises in a reasonably pleasant office or as I do, leave your car there. I normally get a call within a couple of hours to say it's ready. I always ring to book it in, normally for in a few days time but I assume you can just turn up if something is urgent.

   Absolutely chuffed with Pete & his team! My 2016 Jaguar XF required the timing chains to be replaced. Anyone who is familiar with this will certainly know just how big a job this is, on this particular model vehicle. Almost all other garages in the city (and beyond) either said they couldn't start on my vehicle for another few weeks, or it would take almost an entire week to complete the work. The Motor Company were very professional, completely transparent, very informative, and super efficient! My car was booked in 48 hours from initial contact, and the work was completed in 24 hours! I mean - wow!! I have come across many mechanics/garages in past 10 years due to the nature of my work, I complete high mileage, therefore regularly visit to workshops. Therefore I can say with complete confidence, that the level of service, and professionalism recieved truly is hard to replicate! Thanks again guys - you definitely smashed it!!
