Really in this day and age one cannot go into an online catalogue to see if parts are stocked at my local branch, apparently in their lack of wisdom Parkers have removed this online facility which would help the consumer. The other day I had to go to Syston for parts only to be told that parts were not stocked at that branch for my vehicle. Parts however were stocked at Melton but that was closed on saturday afternoon and thus one ended up on a totally ridiculous crawl around Leicester to the Melton Road branch, all for a set of brake pads how pathetic. Let us all add to global warming then shall we what a joke.
