Within 5 minutes of being seen Dr Kotecha had found the problem and gave me several options. I opted for the crown as he explained in detail this would be the best option for saving my tooth from further cracks and prevent further treatment! I was able to come back the next day, on his day off which he so kindly offered to do to have the crown fitted and a night guard! I can’t explain how thankful I am to be out of pain within a day! This was my first treatment at Glen Dental and the experience was all round very comfortable and felt minimally invasive. Ricky took his time with the treatment and was very meticulous with the great results coming through, which I'm very happy with. The composite bonding really did transform my teeth- a look and feel and I'm very happy with the outcome- brilliant! The clinic was very comfortable with friendly staff with a clean environment. “CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS MOST EXCELLENT! I was a patient for almost 20 years, originally, I went to the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic to have my smile transformed by Dr Duncan Ralston with 5 stunning veneers ….my journey started in 2002. At the time, my treatment for me, was ‘life changing’,. In 2021 I retired, and moved to another part of the country. Reluctantly I decided to change dentists to near my new home. 22 years on from my original treatment . one of my veneers came off! I rang the Dental and Cosmetic Clinic where I was no longer still a patient. They treated me as if I had never left. Both the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist along with their assistants are thorough and skillful in their assessment and any intervention required. They are also excellent in communicating various ways of keeping the teeth healthy based on individualized approaches and the best practice guidelines. The practice has a relaxing atmosphere and everybody is welcoming. The appointments are kept well on time and I have not so far had any cancellations. I also get a text message from the practice few days before my appointment as a reminder which is great.
