The dentist I’ve always gone to is great – really professional but also knows how to have a good laugh with me, which helps take the nerves away. I had to get an emergency dental appointment because of wisdom tooth pain and they managed to fit me in the next day. I had never been here before and when I got there they were great - the medical form was very easy to understand and quick to complete. I saw Dhiren and Herjoyt for my treatment and they were fantastic - friendly and professional, I couldn’t have asked for more!
I've been with Gipsy Lane Dental Practice for almost two decade's now and i can't recommend them enough. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr Dhiren Lad and his nurse were so welcoming and accommodating for the treatment I wanted to undergo. If anyone wants to do teeth whitening I would very much suggest coming here. Dr Lad would take you through everything step by step, with regular checkups and progress and, help in anyway possible throughout the treatment. Not only that, but the staff generally are all welcoming and helpful and have great customer services skills. They regularly keep on top of it to remind patients of their upcoming appointments. I would recommend this dental practice - hygienic, welcoming and accommodating staff.
Can’t complain at all with the experience here, reminders for appointments by email and text, and upon arrival there are really short waiting times before I’m seen by the dentist. Staff are friendly and accommodating based on appointment dates, overall I’m extremely satisfied with this practice.
