   Took my 8-year-old daughter for a check-up here and was really pleased with the care she received. She needed both a filling and a tooth extraction, which we were a bit anxious about, but the dentist and team were excellent throughout. They explained everything clearly, were very gentle, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and reassured at every step.    I have been a longstanding patient of smilezone dental for many years, I cannot fault the staffs professionalism, mannerism and care they give to all patients. My patient journey has always been excellent, they ensure they properly explain the processes in detail to me and ensure they have enough time for me to ask questions too. I'm always left happy and the follow appointments never fail to disappoint. I always feel like I'm in the safest hands.    Worse patient service ever. My mum came in for an appointment and had to reveal her medication to the reception, which I feel was inappropriate. The Dr then proceeded to assess her, which lasted just under a few minutes before making a run. Poor patient safety protocols and no follow up recommendation or report was provided regarding her treatment. I will be escalating this to ensure no one else has to go through the poor treatment and service my mother had.

   Visiting the dentist can sometimes be a daunting experience, but not at Smile Zone. From the moment you arrange an appointment, the receptionist is always helpful in accomodating to your availability. When you walk in, the staff are polite, welcoming, and you rarely wait beyond your allocated appointment time. I'm usually seen by Dr Saad, and I can't praise him enough. Prior to joining this dental practice, myself and my wife hadn't been to the dentist in a while. He allayed our concerns, addressed our issues, and provided valuable guidance so our teeth are always protected. He's genuinely the best dentist I have ever come across. I want to thank Smile Zone for all their efforts in helping me and my wife.
