   I am extremely happy with how Dr Kalsi has transformed my teeth over the last 18 months. Dr Kalsi has been really patient and gentle with my teeth and the journey has been amazing. I put my complete trust in him and he gave me amazing results. The staff at willowbrook are all so lovely and welcoming.    Such a rubbish customer service by the reception team . I never came across some one so rude and arrogant and shouts at customers over the phone. She says she is the PRACTICE MANAGER. Who wants to come to a practice like this even though the Dentist's are good. I have found another clinic today which has polite staffs. We are moving out from this rubbish practice only because of the reception staff. I have registered 5 of us in another practice. Thanks

   I registered with this dental practice a few days ago based upon a recommendation from my sister and I am so pleased that I made the decision to do this! I can confirm Gemma registered me and booked my appointment and she was very polite, helpful and attentive. My appointment was with Dr. Jaspal Dibra today and I can say with full conviction that it was the best dental appointment I have had - and generally speaking best is definitely not a word I usually associate with dental appointments (they’re not the most fun thing in the world). Dr. Dibra took his time to find out what issues I was having, what options I had and provided recommendations to help me with my dental care. I found that Dr. Dibra was very approachable, knowledgable, humorous and genuinely cared about me and my teeth - and that’s what you expect with a dentist. I would definitely recommend this practice - and I can’t wait for my filling appointment (well I can wait, definitely - but I know that Dr. Dibra will do his best). Keep up the great work Willowbrook.

I am absolutely delighted with my results and my post braces treatment.
