“I’ve been with Carlton house for quite a while now and I’m a nervous patient. I have had regular deep clean treatments and every time I’ve had to have anaesthetic and only half on my teeth can be done at once. Necessary but still not pleasant and I leave feeling very groggy. Today they had a new tool called a EMS machine and they were all excited. (And rightly so) So I left today with ALL my teeth cleaned and there was no need for anaesthetic! It’s water based and even tasted quite nice! I can’t speak highly enough of this and the trained staff who use it. It wasn’t just a better way of doing it, it was like a whole new treatment!! A real game changer. Thank you to all the staff and the the new EMS machine. I left feeling fine and I am even less nervous about going back.”

“I've been a patient of Hallcross and their predecessors since I was a toddler in the late 1960s. I've never been to another dentists in my life. I've been lucky and haven't needed a lot of dental treatment over the years, but last Saturday a large chunk of one of my top teeth broke off, which required a large filling. Hallcross got it looked at quickly and this afternoon, Dr Jeevan Sandhar and her assistant Erica made a wonderful job of repairing the tooth. I was expecting it to be just a sort of flat filling, but somehow she's been able to make it into a very close replica of the missing bit, in spite of not having the original to copy (thankfully, because I swallowed it!) I must add that I suffer quite badly from a gagging reflex these days, but both ladies were brilliant in allowing me to collect myself as necessary, while still doing an excellent job of the filling. Given I think I must be quite a challenging patient to treat, I can't thank them both enough for what they did.”

“Dr Zeinab conducts a very detailed and thorough examination. Provides a very clear and detailed diagnosis, often back up by photographs for x-rays. Options for treatment are clearly explained and the costs. The quality of the work is outstanding compared to other dentists I have visited. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I never feel rushed. Both Dr Zeinab and nurse Naima have a great sense of humour. The front desk staff are very efficient, courteous and understanding. Overall, an outstanding dental practice in all respects.”
