“Had a Root canal last week and i have got to say ive had the best experience ever, Mo is amazing at what he does, When i had the root canal both Mo and his assistant was so helpful in making the experience enjoyable, playing some music in the background was the best touch ever (took my mind off what was going on). Didnt have any pain with it, no infection around the tooth. Today ive had the cap of the root canal fitted and i couldnt be more happier with the way it looks. So glad that i didnt have the tooth pulled. Massive thank you to Mo and the team!!!”

“I had my first appointment at Clear Smiles this week to start my clear aligner journey and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly face and offered a hot drink. Micah went through all of the process clearly and answered all of my questions. Dr Chet took the time to introduce himself and explain everything. After my appointment I needed to breastfeed my baby and Dr Chet was kind enough to offer a room for me to do this in and the receptionist even bought me a cool bottle of water. “I thought I would leave a review for Dr Shirin Hama As I’ve seen her twice she did an extraction which I didn’t even know when my tooth was out. She made me feel comfortable talked me through the whole procedure told me what to expect and each time made me Feel comfortable made me know exactly what she was going to doing and if it was going to be uncomfortable. Its the Second time i have seen Dr Shirin Hama this time i had dry socket straight away Dr Shirin Hama knew exactly what it was straight away. She was absolutely excellent and I felt in safe hands and instantly my panic went so well spoken and professional, I would also like to add I didn’t feel rushed like most dentists have made me feel in the past. “Tooth Extraction - I had been waiting over a year for this appointment at New Cross Hospital and following the consultation there, unfortunately they made me even more anxious. So I contacted my dentist back at Treetops to ask if there was anymore options so that I didn’t need to have it done at the hospital. They contacted their specialist dentist Neeraj Pattani to ask him to check over the X-rays to see if this was something he could do. It was a more complicated case as the tooth root was very close to the sinuses. Treetops contacted me and told me that Neeraj was happy to do the procedure and that I could bring someone with me for support. On the day of the extraction, I was extremely nervous. From the moment I walked into the surgery they immediately tried to make me feel relaxed. The receptionists were reassuring, the dental nurse and Neeraj. He talked over exactly what he was going to do and he was so calming and reassuring with everything. There was no rush, I felt heard and both Neeraj and Emma (my dental nurse) made me feel so comfortable. The tooth extraction was nothing like I imagined. I didn’t even feel him take the tooth out. He was speaking to me the whole way through telling me what he was doing and Emma having a comforting hand on my shoulder to reassure me she was still there and I was doing so well. Having had such a bad experience previously at the hospital and the thought of having to go there again and have something like that happen again terrified me. I cannot thank the staff at Treetops enough for how they treated me and made me feel. They were amazing and we are so lucky to have such an amazing dentist here in Wolverhampton. I'm a very nervous patient with extremely sensitive teeth, Kam (Dentist) gave me some advice and showed me how to brush properly...at the age of 36 I thought I had this covered but I was wrong, within just 2 weeks my sensitivity is barley recognisable and my teeth feel so clean. As for the big procedure I couldn't be happier, they team up with a fantastic lab who were really friendly and colour matched my veneers at very short notice, they look amazing and I feel so much more confident. I was able to take my earphones to listen to music whilst they drilled away at my old teeth, it's the little things that make a difference. I'm so glad I took the plunge to go private and actually due to the NHS dropping alot of thier subsidy it really doesn't work out that costly.
