Came in for a chipped tooth and Arun did an excellent job with the filling. The process was quick, painless, and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The filling looks and feels completely natural, and I’m really happy with how it has turned out. Very professional and polite highly recommend!
I have, for many years, put off visiting a dentist as I had had a bad experience when younger. I eventually had to find a dentist as I had a few issues that required attention. I have been visiting this practice the last few months and I have nothing but brilliant things to say about them. I have been seen by Becky the hygienist who understood my fears and worries and made my visit with her so smooth and comfortable and made sure I was ok throughout the entire time I was with her. The main dentist I have been seeing is liz, and again she has been absolutely fantastic in explaining everything and making me feel at ease. From the moment I started having my appointments with her I instantly felt reassured and she has massively helped me with my dentist phobia so I couldn’t thank her enough. All staff are always very smiley and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone
We have been to quite a few different dentists over the years, but this tops them all. Both Mr Gupta and his staff present a level of care and advice that I thought to have disappeared long ago.
I used to go to a dental practice on the penn road, and after moving to claregate I realised that dentists aren't lay abouts who just want you to say 'I brush twice a day'. The hygienists and dentists at claregate treat you as an individual and want to make sure they can give you as much guidance and care to put you on the right path to optimal dental hygiene. They truly care! I cannot imagine a dentists that has better service.
I've just completed my invisalign journey today and can't recommend the team and Dr Gupta enough from professionalism to friendliness. I went in quite apprehensive all those months ago with what could actually be achieved with invisalign on my teeth. I am really pleased with the results and feel much more confident in my smile. I just need to get to used to smiling now with my teeth on show! Thank you again to all of the team, and if you are thinking of doing invisalign, then look no further than Claregate. For very many years I have been greatly impressed with the service provided by the Practice. They always endeavour to fit me in asap if I need urgent attention. Bhup, the hygienist and Kerry always deal with me in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. No complaints whatsoever.
Absolutely brilliant! I can't recommend this practice enough. My teeth look amazing in a really short time. This dentist has got it right, from the initial phone call, consultations, duration and finish. They are such a friendly and welcoming team too. No initial fee to see if Invisalign would work for me (unlike other practices), just a simple email of pics of my teeth and I was told it should work for me. Then I was seen very quickly. The appointment system is great, you get an email immediately and an email and txt reminder a few days before your appointment to remind you. The scan was done by friendly staff who put me at ease throughout the process. Everything was explained to me every step of the way and any questions I had were always answered. Initially I'd had a tooth removed so had a gap and a tooth that stuck out of alignment quite badly. Invisalign send through their simulation and, along with Bhup you agree what's right for you. Then the aligners are sent and by week 8 of 15 my gap was closed with the obtrusive tooth almost aligned! You also notice the mis-alignment of your other teeth, that they are putting right, so the first full treatment took just 15weeks. I had a stubborn tooth, so another scan and 9 extra weeks of aligners sorted it out. Thanks so much to Bhup Gupta and his team. If you're thinking of going ahead with Invisalign, this is the practice to use.
