   Having broken my crown on Thursday, 19th December 2025 in the morning , I visited the practice hoping that they could help me, especially near Christmas time! The lady at the reception was most helpful saying that I would be able to see someone within 40 minutes, considering that they had appointments during the day. Aran who saw me was very professional in every way, explaining to me what the cause could be. Having a temporary crown fitted on the same day felt like an early Christmas present. I couldn't thank her enough. A credit to Rock Dental and all the team. I wish them a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

   Today I had an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain. I was seen almost immediately, which was a huge relief. The whole team was extremely kind, professional, and caring. The dentist took a very personal and compassionate approach, explained everything clearly, and genuinely tried to help in a very stressful situation. I truly felt looked after and treated as an individual, not just another patient. Despite the pain and stress, the atmosphere was calm and reassuring. Outstanding service, very helpful staff, and a truly caring approach. Thank you very much — I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of urgent dental care.

   I can’t speak highly enough about the Rock Dental practice. Professional, friendly and a great team. Don’t get me wrong I don’t like going to the dentist however, my recent visit for a filling which I had been putting off was so amazing even I can’t believe I’m using these words about a dentist appointment. I was looked after by Simran and I am a nervous patient however, she explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. The work was done before I even knew it. I can’t praise her highly enough. She was brilliant. To be fair the whole experience was lovely and although I don’t want to go back to have any other work done, I wouldn’t have any hesitation if I needed to. The whole team was brilliant, professional and more than that they are a lovely team. Thank you

   New patient at this dental practice. I had a fabulous experience, I was actually dreading it to be honest, as I don’t like dentists ha ha. But from the first phone call, I felt at ease very friendly, informative receptionist, then when I went to my appointment, it was AMAZING! All the staff were welcoming, very relaxed waiting room, and the dentist I seen, Dr Prakash Parekh was brilliant. Kash introduced himself to me, and put me at ease straight away, he took his time, listened to me then after an exam explained my options and gave me a treatment plan. I had a filling today and I never felt a thing. I am Looking forward to going back to see the hygienist. I would highly recommend this practice, especially if your nervous like I was. Thank you to all the team.

   I have never purposely written a negative review before, but my continual disappointment, with the reception staff, has meant I feel this is now necessary. Firstly, I am even handed , the standard of dentistry is excellent, but this dentist practise is let down by being unable to obtain realistic timed appointments to see a hygienist, for example: being the beginning of February, however not offered an appointment until August! Furthermore being offered appointments during school hours that I cannot possibly attend, (I work as a full-time primary school teacher). If it was possible to give zero scores for poor front of house performance, I would do so. Excellent dentistry , but woeful administration.

   My experience of Rock Dental Practice is of the highest standard. I had a need for dental assistance on the day before Christmas Eve 2022. I was offered an appointment and solution immediately. I have also received continual contact post my procedure; can’t fault this level of service. Very professional business with a personal touch from all staff.
