   The dental practice is always very clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly, and we’re always seen on time. My son had his braces done here, and Elizabeth Roberts was absolutely great with him — she made him feel comfortable even though he was quite nervous. It’s really convenient that we can book the next appointment while we’re there, and parking is right outside. The whole team is very helpful — highly recommend this practice!

After other dentists delayed the referral for so long, Elizabeth acted quickly and thanks to her my daughters now have the most perfect smiles!    Found this private clinic after a recommendation. Was met by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Nirgis and Charlotte carried out my check up. I was nervous, but Nirgis took her time explained the procedure and made me very comfortable. Overall good experience, we will attend again. Great location and plenty of parking.

   Parkside is so lucky to have such a fantastic dentist as Nirgis. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable and so very skilful. I travel a round trip of 60 miles just to get my dental care from Nirgis. I have total faith in her and she genuinely seems to care about her patients. Unfortunately I recently had to have an extraction. Nirgis put me at ease throughout. I had no pain at all and the tooth was out before I knew it. I didn’t even have any pain or discomfort afterwards. Thank you Nirgis, you are truly wonderful. The dental nurse Charlotte and the receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. I also have to thank Leanne, the hygienist. Her friendly persona is always appreciated. Recently, when I had problems, and Nirgis was taking annual leave, I saw Ranj. He was also very kind, and explained things thoroughly. Thank you Ranj.

   Wow what can I say! Went to see Nirgis again yesterday, as always she is an amazing dentist always so gentle and reassuring especially with me being a nervous patient. Went back today and saw Lianne and Mia for my hygienist appointment, straight away they both put my nerves at ease, talked me through the clean, if you are nervous of dentist visits don’t be, I can honestly say I don’t know why I get so wound up about going as they are all so gentle understanding and patient. I did have two appointments cancelled prior that was out of their control and to Mia handed me a bouquet of flowers to apologise, how lovely and caring is that? There isn’t many dentists that would do, keep doing what your doing Parkside as you are all amazing and caring people.
