   I recently had a hygienist appointment at Braces and Faces and was looked after by Kelly (Nurse) and Aisha (Hygienist). As an anxious patient, I really appreciated how both Kelly and Aisha took the time to reassure me throughout the entire process, clearly explaining each step and regularly pausing to make sure I was comfortable and had a chance to breathe. My X-ray was discussed and explained in a clear, simple way, and further dental advice was given in a manner that was easy to understand and follow. Thanks to their kindness, patience, and clear communication, the whole experience felt much less daunting. I would highly recommend Braces and Faces and will definitely be returning.

   I really like the staff. Selima and her assistant are absolutely lovely and the receptionist was really polite, despite being busy. All of the staff I've been seen by are friendly and helpful and I'm thinking of switching to this practice for my NHS treatment also (currently a private patient paying for a brace).

   The service at Braces & Faces is absolutely fantastic! The best dental practice I’ve ever been to! All the staff are so lovely and go out of their way to be kind & helpful. They provide a professional and quality service. Lavina, the receptionist is always welcoming and friendly and Chantal and Salima have been excellent in guiding me through my Invisalign treatment too. Great team. A* service!
