   This surgery advertises that it accepts NHS patients, yet my experience has been very disappointing. I have already been waiting 4 years on the NHS list (initially told 2 years, then 4, and now apparently 8). In the meantime, I booked a free consultation I saw advertised on their website. However, instead of helping with my NHS case, the focus was entirely on their private treatment options. I was shocked to learn that they could start private braces treatment within a week, yet NHS patients like myself are made to wait years and years. It feels as though private patients are clearly prioritised, while NHS patients are pushed further down the line. I completely understand that private care is part of how a business runs, but advertising NHS availability while continuing to extend wait times — now up to 8 years — feels extremely unfair and inconsiderate. It gives the impression that profit is valued far more than patient care.

   Love the place super effective treatment and cheap prices compared to other private orthodontists. The staff are super sweet too. This would be 5 stars however the only downfall of my experience was after my treatment they scanned my teeth for the retainers however they scanned it wrong which made me have to come back at a super inconvenient time had it been done properly the first time it could’ve been avoided but nonetheless mistakes happen still a very good dental clinic :)

   I am very happy with my Invisalign treatment and after 2 years I can smile confidently again. Salima and her team are very professional but personable too and made me feel relaxed during all my treatment. I am someone who fears the dentist, but no fear at all under Salima's and Chantelle's care. If your thinking of undergoing teeth straightening/Invisalign, I wouldn't hesitate to book in with theses ladies they will look after you every step of the way. They also straightened my childrens' teeth very successfully. Thank you ladies, I am delighted with the outcome.

I've had 2 appointments here with Rakesh and I'm so greatful for the professionalism, the calming manner I have been shown, I cannot thank you all enough. I can now walk myself to the practice without passing out and am so grateful. Everyone at the company have been amazing with me. Very highly recommended
