   Had an appointment for check up and scale and polish under NHS prices which I paid for before treatment £27.40. Well the woman dentist said I needed a deep clean today and in 3 months time,that would be in band B costing £75. I told her I’d paid £27.40 and if she was going to do deep clean today, I would have to pay the difference, then in another 3 months I pay £75 again. I said, no way I just want a basic clean,which she did. Now I’m seeing them in 6 months time. This all boils down to company going private.

   I had a good experience with their specialist for a root canal, but the following NHS appointments were terrible. A scale and polish felt rushed, and a filling was done poorly—no cleaning of the old filling, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Soon after, I had intense pain, and the second filling from a different practitioner also led to more pain and infections. After seeing 3 more dentists, I had to get one tooth removed. A skilled dentist from a different practice later saved the other. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're paying for private treatment with a specialist. Their NHS service feels rushed and unskilled, putting your health at risk. Their positive reviews are mostly after the initial consultation, as they spam you with emails to leave one and pretend to be nice at first. Also they're so panicked and rushed to take your money upfront. During my treatment the dentist needed to do some extra bits and I was sent downstairs mid treatment to pay half of it before continuing. And don't call me to make it right, I've moved to a different practice which actually care about the patients.

   As a very nervous patient I went to Oraco Pelsall for my first treatment, two fillings, Shakira who did them was amazing as was the dental nurse. They both cared and made sure I was OK all the way through. Two painless fillings, Thank you Shakira for being so patient abd understanding with me. Highly recommend

   Clean, brand new and incredibly helpful staff. Bookings taken efficiently and paperwork collected with ease. The dentist made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns and worries. Worked on a plan that not only addressed my present concerns, but also helped preserve the future health of my teeth. They used terminology that I could understand and allowed me to make informed choices, no question was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

   Very friendly team, honest and reliable with appointments. Had to make some changes to my previous appointments and always happy to accommodate. “H” (Dentist) is very friendly and easy going and especially when youre nervous at the dentist - its always helpful to feel relaxed. Prices/charges seem fair for treatment received. Overall - happy customer :)

   Have used this practice for years now and cannot fault the treatment, advice or care that is offered by Dr Moore and his team. Staff are friendly and approachable and always ensure you are put at ease. Very caring and calming dentists who are amazing with children. Highly recommend this surgery.

   I went down at 8am to ask for an emergency appointment. My bridge had broken, I was in agony. I didn't expect them to do repairs I just needed confirmation of infection and an antibiotic prescription. The man in front cancelled his wife's app for 9.45. When I asked if I could be seen as a private emergency the reception is was so nasty she made me cry, she said were not seeing new patients for 12months. I asked did she know anywhere else and she said try Walsall. Surely I could have had the 9.45 appointment. Very rude and unsympathetic.
