I came for a wisdom tooth extraction, every single member of the team was friendly and professional. Both the dentist and assistant were very kind, caring and did a really good job at making sure I was safe and aware of all the potential risks. The dentist was well experienced so the extraction took seconds and I did not feel a thing. After a roller coaster with the NHS, it was very refreshing to be treated humanely. Thank You

I am so happy with the service I received here. Initially, I was very nervous about going to the Dentist but felt at ease especially by Manni. He was professional, friendly and very informative, talking me through everything stage of the process of my treatment. Thanks to Manni's assist too. She made me feel comfortable as I have a phobia of needles. I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment and I can confidently smile again. Definately recommend this practice!!!
I've been to see Mani twice in the last 6 months and I must say he's lovely. I'm quite a nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist but he puts you at ease straight away. My husband also attends this dental surgery and only has good words to say about Mr Lowe. I'd recommend the practice wholeheartedly.
Wonderful dental surgery. Very knowledgeable dentists who take pride in what they do. Appointments are almost always on time and it's not difficult to get an appointment in an emergency. Staff are wonderful with my children and have made them feel safe and comfortable from their 1st visit. The surgery have continued to be extra careful since covid and is always spotlessly clean. I have been registered with a Dentist in Dudley for many years and was not able to get an appointment there. Got an appointment at Dovedale very quick. Friendly people, a satisfactory check up, already booked my next appointment. On another visit :- Broke half of one of my back teeth, got an appointment the next day and the tooth was repaired. Quick and friendly service, very pleased.
I rang as an emergency patient was seen within an hour of ringing. Clean professional environment, lovely staff. Dentist himself was extremely knowledgeable, listened sympathetically friendly professional. Gave a breakdown of the problem and treatment needed also gave advice on pain relief and antibiotics to tackle the issue only if needed. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.
