   I broke my bridge whilst on holiday, no dentists on the island. I emailed Highview from my sunbed for an emergency appointment on my return to UK. Within 10 minutes I had a response and a morning appointment for the day after I flew home. As always fabulous service from a friendly, professional and highly recommended dental practice. Thank you all.

   Very rude receptionist. The dentists didnt speak through any of the process and what he was doing. Caused me unessesary pain and has left cuts on my gums. Would never reccomend this place at all.

   this dentist has now received a lucrative NHS contract, my son has been referred here to begin his orthodontic treatment to have braces fitted. After driving for 50 minutes to this dentist from Sutton in peak traffic, we were met with the most foul receptionist who i can only imagine was employed as a favour as she doesn't seem to hold any professionalism or training for the job. Maybe as we were 7 minutes late she felt personally outraged as if we had robbed her of her inheritance! Her attitude and manner of working was honestly the worst i have ever experienced, extremely rude. Having to travel the best part of an hour to a town miles away, that i would never have visited otherwise, only to be met with a dirty scowl from a receptionist. As a receptionist she could just do the bare minimum and attempt to work at a professional level, which shouldn't be that difficult as a receptionist.

   My name is Bertha, in fact I would have been dead by now without the good and professional service I received from Highview Dental Practice staff. From the receptionist to the the dental team. One month ago a dentist tried to extract my teeth but due to his unprofessionalism and lack of patience he couldn’t and sent me home with xxx pain and swollen jaw. Lucky enough I found Highview dental practice online so I decided to try them and the first time I called, the receptionist encouraged and gave me hope that I would be fine. Yesterday I went to see Sabreena and she was marvellous and caring. She put me in the middle of my care and had time to listen to me, she assured me and made me fill VERY COMFORTABLE. She took her time and explained to me the procedure and she allowed me to make a choice. At the end, she managed to extract my teeth and the procedure was PAINLESS. She took her time and monitored me till I was comfortable to go home. CONGRATULATIONS TO HIGHVIEW DENTAL PRACTICE , especially SABREENA and the nurse who worked with her as she was very gentle and humble. I recommend them to everybody who need assurance and comfort during their care.

   No appointments still and for the last two years and now they said Im not even with them!!! Apparently still got it in for me for missing an appointment in 2020 even tho I phoned to tell them I wouldn't make it.... two years ago! I was polite at all times and I am just leaving a review. I don't care for excuses so save it and will continue with the emergency dentist that has seen me thru till now.

   Receptionist very rude when you speak to her. It must be bad as my daughters even commented on how she spoke to me. Dental assistants were friendly. Have changed dentists now as dentist is only available 1 day a week. Was going to change anyway just because of how the receptionist was. I thought it was a one off the last time I went as people can have off days but she’s just rude and abrupt.
