Poor. I've had two dental appointments cancelled in the last two months. One for the dentist being on A/L the other for a power cut. Nobody has even bothered to call me back. I'm a long-term patient, it's visibly clear that things are not the same as they used to be. I wouldn't recommend.

The receptionists are polite, quick, efficient and ways helpful. The dental procedure I had was made as painless and quick as possible. I trust the dentists at this surgery are competent and effective.

Thank you, Mandy (Hygienist) for always making me feel welcome and at ease. Your warmth, professionalism, and gentle approach turn what could be a stressful experience into something genuinely positive. I truly appreciate how you check in throughout the appointment and treat me with such care and respect. To the whole team β€” thank you for creating an environment where empathy and excellence go hand in hand. I walk out of the dentist not just with cleaner teeth, but with a more confident smile β€” and that’s entirely thanks to you all.

Wolverhampton Dental Clinic…….. Stay clear of this place!!! Absolutely appalling. My son was booked in for an appointment today for an extraction, phoned to confirm friday we were still attending, to turn up and be told the appointment was cancelled this morning and a voice message left…. Not on my phone you didnt!!!! Continuous cancelled appointments ever since its changed hands its gone down hill and the staff are rude and disrespectful. Time to find a new dentist!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid this practice at all costs which to be honest won't be difficult as you can never get an appointment and when you do, it's cancelled on the day for one excuse or another. My husband had a check up after waiting over 2 months for his appointment, he needed fillings and an extraction - he paid for ALL the work up front that he needed doing which he was told he needed to do by the receptionist! 2 appointments booked for the work, which were then cancelled on the day of said appointment! The appointments were then rearranged but they could only book 1 appointment and not the 2 like he needed! One of his teeth that needed a filling became infected, we called at 8.30am on the Friday (before a bank holiday) to be told there was no emergency appointments and that they only had 1 dentist working and they were leaving at 1.30pm (the surgery was open until 5.30pm)! After getting an appointment at Blue Cross Dental Practice through 111 (both were extremely helpful) my husband had to pay for another check up, 2 lots of antibiotics, lost a days pay from work and has been told he will more than likely lose the tooth (which is on his smile line) as the tooth would no longer be able to be fixed! He was urged to get an appointment ASAP with his dentist to avoid the problem getting any worse and becoming infected again! Called at 8.30am on the Tuesday after the bank holiday and surprise surprise there was no appointments and his named dentist was not working that day, I did say we were happy to see any dentist but again, there was no appointments! I asked if I could speak to the practice manager to make a complaint but she wasn't in at that time and I was assured she would contact me as soon as she got in. 24hours later... I am still waiting for that call! Called AGAIN this morning to speak to the manager and was told she was being a dental nurse for the day and was unable to speak at the moment, I gave my number to the receptionist AGAIN and told I would here from the manager today, I am not holding out hope for that call!

Appalling customer service from the manager. My mum paid for her dental treatment but the practice put through an NHS claim for free treatment. This resulted in a notice from NHS checking service for claiming for free treatment when she did not qualify. Manager eventually returned my calls and promised she would sort it. I requested she email me a letter of apology for their mistake so I could forward it to the NHS checking service to prove this was a fraud claim from the dentist and not from my 82 year old mum. So far manager has not emailed me back.

Take days to call you back when a response has been promised the next day. Definitely not the same as it used to be. Head office are no better, two messages left and no reply - obviously company policy to ignore your patients.
