   Signed up to be a patient whilst waiting for the appointment can be a while, I’d say it’s worth it. I needed 5 fillings in total due to not going dentist since I was 10. (15years ago) Spread over two appointments. First appointment was great. Second appointment I had some sensitivity and pain after numbing was applied. The moment I told the dentist he stopped and administered more numbing. Didn’t gaslight me or say ‘let’s see how it goes’ honestly felt like I was listened to treated like a human being. My daughter has also had an appointment here (she’s 2) she had chipped her two front teeth after falling and the dentist was amazing with her. She was patient and gave my daughter a calm environment. I must say this is the place to go. It’s nice and clean, staff are calm and polite and friendly. Very lovely practice.

   First appointment as a new client, really impressed. Lovely premises, dentist explained everything in detail and Any options were given, actually felt like I mattered and not just a number to get in and out of the door. Glad I registered here ☺️

   First appointment and the dentist was really thorough. Had treatment and xrays aswell as a prescription for an infection. Referral made for further treatment on the NHS.oh and a descale. Would definitely recommend. Much better than my old dentist. Will definitely be going back.

The dentists take the time to explain everything clearly and ensure you’re well-informed about your treatment options. The clinic is clean, modern, and runs very efficiently — I’ve never had to wait long for my appointments. I genuinely feel like my dental health is in great hands here.    An incredible experience, and this is coming from someone who has not been to the dentist in years due to fear! A warm welcome from the staff when registering took away some nerves. Then seeing an excellent dentist, that listened and was brilliant at her work, with a lovely assistant made the experience so much better. I am actually looking forward to getting more work done tomorrow! Wish I had gone sooner!

   Very friendly & caring dental practice. Facilities are beautiful and clean. The dentistry is brilliant, everything is explained to you and all questions answered thoughtfully. This place really makes you feel at ease from the video screens projecting calming scenes, to the happy and welcoming reception team. My son is autistic and they actually asked me before our visit if there is anything they could put on the screen for him to help him feel at ease, he was fine with what they had on but the thought behind this was amazing.    Both myself and my husband had our first visit to Cannock Dental Care today.We were extremely impressed upon entering the practice until we came out. We had nothing but exemplary service from each and every member of staff and the minute we stepped into the dentists room, all nerves and apprehension disappeared immediately. Such a peaceful calming atmosphere .Absolutely faultless. A huge thank you for accommodating us, we are eternally grateful.
