“Such a positive experience with Dr Sandra Hochdoerfer and the Practice Manager Julia. Both made me feel very at ease and welcomed. Dr Hochdoerfer listened to my concerns regarding the cosmetic appearance of my teeth and was able to provide practical advice and options, weighing each against what I was wanting to achieve. After visiting numerous Dentists who seemed to be clearly about making as much £££ out of their patients, with little regard to long term impact, I was frankly blown away with the service received. From Abby and her warm kindness on the front desk, to Tim and his dental nurse who made me feel so calm and at ease when carrying out my fillings (which I had put off for years) they genuinely made me feel so comfortable in a situation where I’d normally stress the whole time! “I'm writing a review for my mum Sally Morris. My mum was a previous patient at EvoDental getting upper implants 12 years ago. She decided to go ahead with lower implants at an advanced age. From the initial consultation, everything was explained very clearly and the risks clearly outlined. In the end she couldn't have the implants due to some complications with her health. She was worried that she would incur some financial responsibility with her contract and the pre-op visits. EvoDental were fantastic, concurred with her decision not to go ahead and refunded all her money. I was with her for the final consultation and I can't rate them highly enough, from the dentists (I'm sorry i only got Dr Amar's and Verity's name, to the receptionists to the people who dealt with the money side, everybody was thoroughly professional but also exhibited a very human touch. “From my first phone call frantically trying to find a dentist (as I hadn’t been to my previous one and had dropped off their lists) to the first visit, meeting the lovely reception staff. I had to have a tooth extracted and was particularly nervous about the injections. Ben Webster is a magician as I didn’t feel a thing. In the past, this is my worst fear, the dreaded injections. Also the extraction was quick and easy to deal with. No pain whatsoever! Lovely dental nurses and reception staff too. Very clean welcoming surgery. Would highly recommend Fully recovered and healed within two days and received my new denture as promised. Update. I had managed to damage my new denture and they provided an amazing service once again. I was even given a free dental scan (amazing technology!) from a dental nurse, again extremely gentle and caring. She talked through everything and made it easy to deal with. They returned my fixed denture as promised and I’m really pleased. I will be more careful this time! Thank you Ben Leah and Jess and all staff. You’re brilliant! Thank you all”

I decided to have implant surgery in late 2019 and choose Liverpool Dental Spa due to personal recommendations. The treatment I have received from Marius, Deborah and the team has been second to none. They are a professional and caring team, constantly making sure that I felt as little pain as possible during the procedure. “Went in 6:35 was booked in by receptionist and waited for 15 mins. Had a consultation with nurse to remove my stitches. Procedure took 10 mins. Really happy with the service all the staff provided. Good old NHS”
