   I’ve just finished my around about 3 year braces journey at The Brace Place, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the whole team has been amazing always friendly, professional, and so welcoming. A special thank you to Chloe, who treated me throughout my journey. She’s been absolutely incredible — so patient, kind, and always made me feel comfortable at every appointment. She explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about getting the best results for me. After three years, my teeth are perfectly straight, and I finally have the confidence to smile without hesitation. I’m so grateful to Chloe and everyone at The Brace Place for all their hard work and support. If you’re thinking about getting braces or orthodontic treatment I can’t recommend The Brace Place (and especially Chloe!) enough! the results are truly worth it!

   My experience at the Brace Place was second to none! Each time I attended the entire staff were polite and professional. The waiting area is clean and tidy and staff are always apologetic for any delays. Dr Natalie and her amazing Dental Team including Courtney and Chloe were incredible! They have given me the most stunning smile that looks so so natural and I cannot even describe how happy I am with the results! Dr Natalie really takes the time to listen to your vision and works collaboratively with you! I can’t thank them enough for their incredible expertise, kind demeanour and excellent bedside manner! I would recommend them to anyone!

   Had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Had a brace and then bonding. I was so unsure how I wanted to teeth to look but Dr Natalie gave me every bit of advice she could and together we created the most perfect smile. Nat made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. She is just fantastic. I put all my trust in her and I couldn’t be more happy. No damage to my teeth and pain free. Perfect smile from the best in the business. Could not recommend Dr Nat and the brace place enough!

   Excellent service from this wonderful establishment. Everyone involved in my treatment went above and beyond. Big shout out to Molly and Faye. They have really sorted me out. I’m more confident when I smile, when I’m out and about and taking pictures. Would 100% recommend this place for your orthodontist treatments. Great Location, Fair priced and splendid customer service.

   I gave this place a 1 star review a few weeks ago for the way we where treated as we turned away for treatment being 10minutes late after never being late previously and not being made aware of the policy. In our opinion you should get a warning before getting turned away, especially when you call ahead of time explaining you are late. That issue aside we where given an appointment a week later rather than 2 months later what we where given on the day and all issues resolved. Now the anger has subsided I feel bad for the 1 star review as my boys treatment has been brilliant and I can’t knock them for that hence changing this review. It’s a shame the way we where treated for being late but they have made up for that.
