Absoluteley amazing team at Dr Rez. So far I have had the initial scan/xray introduction appointment and the follow up deep dive and explanation appointment. The service is so comprehensive and far above and beyond what I was expecting. I intend to carry on and start the treatment plan for either invisalign or fastbraces, but even as a standalone service it is well worth inquiring for those initial appointments. With Dr Jasleen Barta, I was able to find out so much about the health of my teeth, gums, jaw etc with so many different methods of scans, pictures and xrays. It was a really relaxing process and I found it all really interesting. All of the processes and options where explained perfectly, and felt really comfortable asking any questions. For any cosmetic work, I feel that I am in really safe hands as there is a process of treating, repairing and healing any issues first. The Dental Nurses and Front Desk team where also so friendly, fantastic and welcoming! This is my first experience at a private dental practice after NHS, and I didn't feel out of place at all. I would highly reccomend the initial appointment if you are in any way curious about what treatment or further cosmetic dental work looks like for you!

The whole clinic has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the entire process, from the initial assessment, through discussing treatment options and expected outcomes, to the treatment itself, was clear, thorough, and reassuring. Dr Batra was highly professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and well informed. I opted for Invisalign after a consultation by Dr Rez and I’m really happy with the results. I was a little worried at first with it being a fixed price cost I thought contact would be limited. This was not the case at all, I had regular face to face appointments with Dr Rez, even though it was during covid restrictions, everyone complied with the rules and I felt I was in a safe environment. I had further scans and new trays made as required to ensure my teeth were going in the right direction, all included in the price. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and it’s an amazing environment. I would highly recommend Dr Rez!
