My 13 year old lad is in the process for braces, honestly i cant fault them, from the minute you walk in your are welcomed, all the staff are lovely, they explain everything throughout at every appointment. All rooms spotless and clean. Would highly recommend. Would give more than 5* stars if i could.
What a brilliant service. The past 18 months my daughter has be very well looked after. Covid didn’t help but these guys didn’t let it get in the way of treatment. Today the braces have come off and my daughter couldn’t be any happier. Thank you so much to Lucy and Angela for everything you have done for Lauren, we can’t thank you enough.
Lucy & Angela were incredibly friendly, caring & full of smiles. But also very professional, as like most specialist jobs they have their own lingo which is a foreign language to other people but they continually explained what they were doing to my daughters brace & why it was being done. My daughter & I both left smiling to, felt like a lovely visit rather than an appointment. The receptionist is excellent too.
I took my son for an appointment this morning following a referral from the NHS. We had a warm welcome at the reception and were taken in on time for our appointment. Our appointment was with Fyeza and her nurse Helen. Both were friendly and put us at ease straight away.
