   I left this practice feeling uneasy and frustrated. The overall environment is negative and uncomfortable, and it’s impossible not to notice the tension among staff. Hearing employees talk badly about one another while patients are present is highly unprofessional and creates a toxic atmosphere. Instead of feeling reassured or cared for, the experience felt rushed and transactional. There is a strong sense that financial priorities come before patient wellbeing, which is disappointing for a place that should be built on trust. The pressure placed on patients regarding feedback is inappropriate and adds to the uncomfortable experience. Overall, this is not somewhere I would return to or recommend. There are far better dental practices that treat patients with respect and professionalism. Any response from the practice will not change my experience.” This often discourages further back-and-forth

   Money-grabbing rubbish. This dentist is clearly more focused on money than on professionalism or patient care. I’m more than happy to pay whatever the cost is for good treatment, but this place is not about quality, it’s about profit. The atmosphere is awful. Staff openly gossip and slag each other off, which is completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for patients. On top of that, you are pressured into leaving reviews and made to do it on the spot while they watch, clearly to force five-star ratings. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Unprofessional, money-orientated, and dishonest. Stay well clear especially if you’re considering Commors etc. There are far better, more ethical dentists out there.

   Had an emergency filling done at Willaston Dental Care and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and there was no waiting around at all. The dentist listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. They use the best technology and truly care about their patients — highly recommend!

   this is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. The staff from reception to practitioners are professional and courteous. The treat is explained and completed without hassle or harm and with wellbeing constantly at the forefront. If it is possible to say it about a dentist visit, this is a very simple and enjoyable experience that leaves your teeth and mouth feeling refreshed.

   I have been using this dental practice for quite a few years.Always friendly helpful staff. Awareness of patients needs or concerns are always met. Being a senior citizen it's comforting to know that extra awareness and care is always there by the Dental practitioners at this practice . As of course as one ages ones sensitivities often increase. Albeit my overall journey mileage to this practice is around 30 miles each visit, however the journey is of no consequence in the knowledge I will be in good hands.Thankyou. Regards Charles (Barnes)

We brought over the whole family and have been continuously delighted with the level of care around all aspects from hygiene to crowns to repairing teeth broken in skate parks!
