   After being referred to this place from the NHS dental portal, I assumed that I would be able to get a replacement set of dentures after my dentures snapped in half I was told they wouldn't be able to make a better set? Broken and they were glued together by myself, I was then advised that implants would be a better option at a cost of close to £30,000 alternatively I could get mine relined at a cost of £180 but I would have to leave my teeth with them, unless you have a healthy bank balance, a spare set of teeth and a tolerance for being patronised by a money hungry child don't bother accepting a 'referral' from the NHS portal it's just a box ticking process to reduce numbers of people wanting a competent dentist, they said I wouldn't be charged for the appointment and to come back in 12 months, not sure what for? My teeth will still be broken but on the plus side lovely clean surgery nice pleasant reception staff but if you don't have a bottomless bank account and cant tolerate being treated like a worthless pauper and get sweeped out of the door then don't bother I certainly won't be returning and I've been erased from the 'needing a dentist' list what a joke the NHS took my teeth gave me a set that broke and referred me here to be patronised by a child dentist fresh out of college

   Had a hygienist appointment with Gill and Elaine. Both very lovely women, thorough inspection and cleaning of my teeth. They demonstrated how to use my electrical toothbrush to improve my cleaning which is amazing and very thoughtful. Will definitely be going back to these for future appointments! Thank you to the team at Bupa who make it an excellent experience every time I visit.

   Had a second appointment with hygienist Penny today. She is very friendly and puts you at ease as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything really clearly and advises you on how to improve your dental hygiene. I would highly recommend her. In today’s appointment she was assisted by Elaine who was also lovely and friendly.

   Couldn’t recommend going to Bupa Ewloe more. Everyone there is amazing, and a special shoutout to receptionist who booked us in (I’m so sorry I’ve forgot your name) but an absolute asset to the team, so lovely and helpful! We took our 6 month old to get his new little baby teeth checked and everyone was amazing. Had some reassurance from the dentist and some brilliant advice on how to keep his teeth clean whilst they are coming through as well as teething advice. Thanks so much everyone :)

   Always have a good experience at this dentist. All staff friendly and knowledgeable. Had a recent hygiene appointment here during my third trimester of pregnancy, was very helpful and professional. I felt safe and secure with regards to covid precautions. Highly recommend this practice.
