Amazing dentist. Brilliant staff from the front desk Alisha went above and beyond to get me booked in. The nurse Lindsey and Dr Ali who was my dentist can’t thank you all enough. Best dentist in Liverpool.

!!AVOID!! Update on 02/01/25: They have replied by lying that they can't find my wife as a customer. I posted the review ten minutes after speaking to the receptionist to complain. They don't even deserve a single star review. Original Review: Wife just had treatment there. She was told and given a sheet of paper detailing finance options. No where on the paper or during her consultation was she informed she'd have to set up the credit agreement beforehand. Once her treatment was complete, she asked about the finance option and was told she'd have to pay it all upfront there and then. She was also stupidly told that any finance option would Need to be paid leading up to the treatment. Called the reception to clarify who offered a half-hearted apology. Won't be using them again as their sales practices clearly need some work, as they're bordering or deceitful and predatory.
Don’t go this dentist if you need root canal. Proper practices are not followed e.g rubber dam and dental microscope and standard of work is not good. In my opinion it is to save time as the practice is constantly busy so there is not much time for communication with the dentist. If you’re a private patient pay the extra and go to a specialist or a different practice.
Dr Alvi Bennett, the best dentist I have been to. The moment I got in there he listened and spoke to me about all of my options, he was kind, understanding and patient. I absolutely love my new teeth, the whole process was professional and fast, I couldn’t recommend him enough!!! The new surgery is top class, Honest can’t recommend him enough, I will never let another dentist touch my teeth!! He made sure I was happy with the work throughout and nothing was too much!! Very approachable and sound!!!!
I recently visited my dentist and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The office was clean, modern and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Anthony Bennett was thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure that I felt comfortable and confident throughout my visit. Been going here for treatment since September 2022 all the staff are really nice, especially my dentist Anthony Bennett and his assistant. He has made me feel confident in going to the dentist without fear, after having many previous bad experiences which made me stay away for a long time. I'm really pleased with all my treatment and couldn't be any happier with my results.
I recently had some work done here and they are amazing, they gave me back my smile they made me feel very comfortable as I am terrified of dentist the injections never hurt at all the work I had done was pain free and it looks amazing I would recommend them to anyone they are fantastic.
