I came for a scale and polish with Miss Alison Haigh and I cannot overstate how careful, detailed and professional the whole process was. The results are absolutely stunning and she took her time to ensure it was utter perfection. I always come out of those scaling appointments very sore and sensitive, but I promise you, even if you have the most sensitive teeth, Miss Alison will make it a wonderful process with great outcomes. Many thanks to the Liverpool Smile Studio team and I will definitely be returning very soon.
Dr James Bennett is an absolute genius!!! When I arrived at the smile studio in March 25 for a consultation I didn’t know what to expect, I didn’t know whether my badly cracked and broken teeth combined with my different length gums could ever be fixed. From the start, James completely put me at my ease, was very reassuring and talked me through all the treatment I would need. He also reassured me that he could fix my smile! Within 5 months, I have absolutely beautiful teeth and I cannot stop smiling! Its been a lot of hard work on James’ part and from Abbie his lovely , kind, caring nurse to get my teeth so good and I am so grateful to them both for giving me back my confidence and self esteem. They have both been so kind, caring, compassionate and reassuring throughout all the treatment visits, plus also really excited to see my new smile! I can’t thank them enough! I recently had my teeth whitened at Sevil Smile Studio and I am very pleased with the results. The staff and customer service were excellent, and I cannot fault them in any way. That said, as it was my first time having this treatment, I was not fully aware of how painful the process can be—particularly if you have sensitive teeth. I experienced significant discomfort and pain both during the procedure and throughout the rest of the day. While I now understand this can be a common side effect, I feel I was not fully advised about the potential level of pain beforehand. To their credit, the team did everything possible to help ease my discomfort, even allowing me to return later that day for an injection, which did eventually bring relief. This may partly have been due to my own lack of research, but I would not want others to go into the treatment as unprepared as I did.
Lovely staff both at reception and in the treatment rooms. Aftercare for my newly fitted crown that I had stupidly chipped was fixed quickly and to a high standard by James Bennett - thanks James! Overall a great experience and will definitely be returning in future for further treatments.

After years of not really looking after my teeth and being an x-smoker, I realized just how discolored and wasted my smile was. I was fortunate enough to be able to get A new smile! The staff where professional and helpful all along the process. They listened to my concerns and what I hoped from the treatment – I am very happy with my new smile, and I feel so much more confident now when smiling broadly, it makes such a difference when out socially, very happy customer!
I spent much of my life self-conscious about my teeth, covering my mouth when I smiled. Roughly 5-7 years ago I decided to go the Smile Studio and have a complete smile makeover done by Dr James Bennett and his team. Ever since the completion of my smile any self-confidence issues were gone. It was without any doubt the best decision of my life. I have always been reluctant seeing a hygienist as I have very sensitive teeth and the process always causes sensitivity pain. However, this ladies touch is so delicate I have never had that pain occur. The whole team are great from the ladies that welcome you and handle all my appointments. The environment is very comfortable and relaxed. Overall, it took me a while becoming comfortable with dentists managing my teeth as it is a very intrusive part of life. I am pleased to say now I am completely relaxed and at ease with the whole of the Smile Studio's team, it’s a relief to know my dental management is in their capably hands. Thank you for all your help over the years.
Such a helpful and friendly team at smile studios. Everything is always explained thoroughly and very happy with my treatment so far! Usually the dentist is somewhere that makes me nervous but this has not been the case since going here!
