Have used my dentist David Fairclough for many years. I have always had confidence in his treatment and have been pleased with any dental work he has provided
David is an amazing dentist and the dental nurses and receptionists are helpful, kind and efficient
Can't fault this dentist. I have had to ring twice for an urgent appointment and each time had one within a few days. Adina is very reassuring and gives you good advice. Have been at this dentist for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent service. David is amazing with my two boys. They are 11/17 years old and have always enjoyed going to the dentist. Are next Appointments are made when leaving. Reception staff are friendly and helpful (Lisa) and David’s assistant Laura always makes us smile.
Our families dentist Adina is amazing!! Very friendly and professional and thorough. She is great with the children and myself being afraid of the dentist. I trust her completely and would never let anyone else touch our teeth!
Trying to speak to the receptionist is a task within its self, can’t even get half way through a sentence without being talked over and spoken to as if I’m stupid with her patronising tone. Wouldn’t even wasting your time calling them. Obviously need better telephone etiquette training.
Excellent service from My Dentist Crosby ! As well as being a wonderful dentist Dr David Fairclough is a miracle worker at calming my nerves during my appointments. Would highly recommend this practice
Took my children to the practice for a delayed first visit. Saw David in the front surgery. My eldest hated dentists after a visit to another practice a few years ago. With both kids, he was brilliant and completed a check up , little filling and put some fluoride paste on. The kids were buzzing and loved him and the nurse. It felt like the youngest was in a game show and he changed his style for my older child who chatted away to them. The practice was clean and the ladies on the desk got me to do the paperwork. They were friendly and chatted to the kids. Appointment was on time. Would recommend this practice.
These pepole really do care!!! The receptionists are Luvly; friendly and understanding. They managed somehow to sqeeze in 2 appointments when I was in agony. The nurses are dilligent and treat patents with respect, Bravo girls ! The dentists too, Kara and David are human as well as technically brilliant. David performed a tricky extraction last minute on a Friday. Today Kara, while injured, created the most amazing front teeth out of rubble. I had long given up on them. Life changing, really. Thank you Kara and Co. ur amazing!
Update - this has now been rectified and a dentist has now been allocated to me! I’ve been a patient here my whole life and have had reasonable good care over the years. I called to make an appointment today to be told there’s no dentist for me anymore and it’s probably best if I go somewhere else. Apparently I did have a designated dentist there which I find very surprising as I’ve never seen the same person more than once. This dentist has now left and so they can’t help me. Ridiculous.
