   Moved to Wallasey about a year ago and have been really pleased with my care since joining WVDP. Everyone there is lovely and friendly and I'm really impressed with the care they take, checking you're comfortable, okay, etc. They have a pay monthly option that covers all your checkups and cleans so it's easy to manage.    From the moment I had my first consultation with Tom until receipt of my denture, I was treated with respect and greeted with warm smiles by Tom and every member of staff I encountered. I had been so very unhappy with the partial upper dentures provided by my own dentist, which were ill-fitting and presented a lopsided appearance on smiling. I have walked away with a new denture that is functional, no need for fixodent, and I can now smile with confidence. Thank you, Tom, for being so personable and delivering such a professional and excellent service.

   I always receive good care and advice. I have today discussed the possibility of a cosmetic procedure and was given detailed pros and cons and was given an example of the possible results and price of the treatment. I have been given a plan if I want to go forward with the treatment and can contact them when I have had time to consider all the info given. I would highly recommend this practice.

   I recently had some dental work done by the lovely Jo and her team. Everything was explained in detail at my consultation and clear instructions were given about my teeth whitening at home kit. I returned several times to the practice and had different procedures done which led to my old veneers being removed and new ones fitted. I am happy with the result of my new smile as its very natural looking. The practice is super modern, the staff were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I also had a time frame that i would like my teeth to be done by and the practice were very accommodating with this.I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

   Would definitely recommend if you're nervous about visiting the dentist like me! From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The check-up was really thorough, the dentist explained what she was doing, and also the reasons behind the treatment plan and treatment recommendations. Really felt like everyone cared about making the experience a positive one!

   Front desk staff have always been amazing, polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. They called me to arrange an appointment, sent a reminder via text the day before the appointment and kept any paperwork very simple. Jamie welcomed me and was friendly too as he introduced himself and the dentist. The new dentist Jason was also polite and welcoming as he went through the procedures he was going to perform that morning. The check and X-ray was painless and completed in less than 10 minutes. The final piece of paperwork was a simple signature and I was told I’d be contacted again in 6-9 months. Seen off with a friendly smile and goodbye. A very pleasant experience all round and I felt much happier than when I arrived because of the very friendly staff. Thank you
