   Been with Hoseside for some years and Andrew Brown from the start. Andrew left and we are given Beth as our dentist. From the word go she is brilliant (as are all the staff, specially reception who always do their best to solve problems and look after you if its an unexpected problem) Beth has an excellent manner and always explains very clearly what the problem is and what options are available.    Would highly recommend this dentist practice. All staff are friendly, courteous while being professional at the same time. Due to mobility issues I can struggle to get in and out of the chair but Keir was supportive and I never felt under any pressure to hurry.

   Always received a good level of service here. However, I was fitted for new dentures last July and they are somewhat loose. The only solution being offered to me is to order replacement dentures costing a further £300.

   Had a 9am appointment today. Beth, my new dentist was very personable and professional. things didn't quite go to plan due to an unusually tough cement which needed to be removed. Her colleague Andy Brown came in to assist and eventually the bridge was removed and reset. Excellent service, I would recommend this practice to everyone.
