   I take my dad to his appointments, every time we come in it’s a lovely atmosphere all the staff are marvellous! Unfortunately, when we went recently there is a new young nurse with glasses who made us uncomfortable like we were a problem to be there. She would constantly huff and puff and speak to other staff members with a bad attitude very snappy and rude and judging by the reactions of other staff members this is an on going thing. Found it very unprofessional.

   I haven't been to dentist in almost 40 years. It came to a point where the teeth I had where just rotted, broken or just plain missing on the road to a serious gum disease or infection, I couldn’t drink and eat properly or basically present myself to others. I got the courage to go forward. First visit, well you know you’r walking out after a chat, but that chat helped me so much I just wanted to do the procedure that day, in case I wouldn’t go back. After another visit with Elena who was, no sorry is amazing, another chat and measuring for my temp teeth. On the last visit, I said well no turning back, I wasn’t frightened at 60, I was anxious, only because of what was to come. Elena the dentist and Debbie the nurse, where amazing had me laughing and took there time to help me through everything Elana couldn’t do anymore than she did. I look back and think why I did, and not get help, the procedure was yesterday, seriously no pain, yes healing tingling, that’s it. Can I take this opportunity, and I really mean this to thank Debbie and Elana and all of the staff for everything. PLEASE GET YOURSELF TO THIS PRACTICE, DONT DO WHAT I DID AND SUFFER.

   Lovely lovely team, friendly on the phone when they called to make my appt. Friendly welcome on arrival too. Saw Eduardo who is possibly the loveliest dentist I’ve ever met! Another lovely member of the team sorted my X-ray out (sorry I have forgotten her name). Everyone put me at ease and super friendly. Thank you for looking after me.

   Brilliant dentist. Made everything feel calming and relaxed. The reception staff were very knowledgeable and friendly The Dentist himself and his assistant were very reassuring and helped me through the process of my teeth extraction. I recommend this dentist even the cleaners gave a smile.

   Very poor customer service, I think the receptionist’s need to go on a course on how to talk properly to the public. They are Common and unprofessional. Would not recommend just on my Initial contact.

   I can not thank the staff enough from when you set foot into here the receptionist are all lovely. The dentist bob is so lovely and such a great dentist his assistant is so caring. They make going to the dentist a positive appointment and although they have to sometimes do painful work they make it go smoothly. Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough but a massive THANK YOU!!!!

   They cant smile theres one older women that so nasty the way she talks to people and talks to the staff its a wonder she got a job she talks to me bad but I smile and just say thankyou so it might rub off on her but I don't think so they need to have a staff meeting and be more professional about there place of work am going to be changing my dentist i cant put up with it being so uncomfortable to talk to people this way as for the dentist side iv never lost so many teeth so now iv got to go elsewhere to pay for a better service
